Ever thought about lifting weights?

but that little voice in your head brings up past failed attempts, gym anxiety, or the fear of doing it “wrong”?

My mission is to help women who are new to lifting—or stuck in the on-again, off-again cycle—learn how to take up space in the gym with confidence, even if consistency has felt hard before.

 You’ll learn:

-the fundamentals of strength training

- how to build muscle safely (even if you have aches, pains, or a history of injury)

-how to build sustainable habits so lifting actually fits into your life.

The result? Everyday tasks feel easier, aches and pains are more manageable, and your body feels capable again.

This isn’t about pushing harder or shrinking yourself.

It’s about building strength you can rely on outside of the gym and seeing how building muscles can change your life.

You don’t need more motivation.

You need support, skills, and a plan that fits real life.

I’m here to show you that you belong in the weight section of the gym.

Hi 👋 I’m Dr. Sarah Qasmi, a Physical Therapist and Learn-to-Lift Coach. I help women who are new to lifting—or stuck in the on-again, off-again cycle—build strength safely, confidently, and consistently.

Like many women, I started out doing cardio to lose weight and struggled to stick with exercise. Everything changed when I discovered strength training and shifted my focus from the scale to getting stronger. That shift reduced my own knee pain and transformed how I felt in my body. Today, I combine strength training with science-based habit and behavior change strategies to help women build strength that fits into real life—so lifting isn’t just something you start, but something you actually stick with.
